ABOUT THE SHOWS

Disney’s Moana JR. is a musical adaptation of the 2016 Disney animated film, bringing the adventures of Moana and her village of Motunui to life onstage. This thrilling and heartwarming coming-of-age story follows the strong-willed Moana as she sets sail across the Pacific to save her village and discover the truth about her heritage. Moana and the legendary demigod Maui embark on an epic journey of self-discovery and camaraderie as both learn to harness the power that lies within.

Celebrating the rich history of Oceania and based on the beliefs and cultures of the people of the Pacific Islands, Moana was developed in collaboration with an Oceanic Trust – a group of anthropologists, cultural practitioners, historians, linguists, and choreographers from the Pacific Islands. The same respect and attention to detail used to develop the film was carried forward in the creation of this stage adaptation.

With empowering messages of bravery and selflessness, Moana JR. is sure to bring out the hero within each of us.

Set sail with this classic comedy that boasts one of the most famous patter songs in musical theatre history. The wit and whimsy of Gilbert and Sullivan's classic score is suffused with a modern sensibility in The Pirates of Penzance JR., a swashbuckling musical journey!

Set on the rocky coast of Cornwall, England, The Pirates of Penzance JR. begins with a group of pirates who are celebrating the birthday of one of their own, Frederic, who has reached his 21st year. Finally, having served the full length of his required time with the pirates, he decides to strike off on his own and become an upstanding citizen – which may even mean bringing the pirates to justice. This turns out to be a tricky prospect indeed, especially when Frederic's freedom is called into question!

RESERVED SEATING at BROADWAY IN THE PARK

In accordance with Governor Kemp's guidelines for the SAFE re-opening of Sports and Live Performance Venues, and in cooperation with the City of Suwanee, we have made some changes to the reserved seating area of Town Center Park. This year the entire lawn section within the sidewalks in front of the stage will be restricted to a limited number of ticket holders.

Please read each section's description carefully to understand the measures we are taking to facilitate safe social distancing during our popular Broadway in the Park productions.

RESERVED TABLES

Your $250 donation will secure you a reserved "table" inside the premium seating section of the park.

Beginning in the rows directly behind the Corporate Partner seating, Reserved "tables" serve as a place holder for UP TO 6 chairs (you provide). All tables are located with the best line of sight to the entire stage. Wristbands will serve as your "ticket" and MUST be worn in this restricted area.

ORCHESTRA LEVEL

Your $10 donation will allow you to sit directly in front of the stage, and is designed for families with small children that might have trouble seeing over the heads of adults in chairs.

Wristband "tickets" will grant you access to this premium seating area, and you will be provided with a water-proof sitting pad at the event. Everyone sitting in this space is required to have a ticket.

This area has been designated as "sitting room only" space - no chairs, coolers, blankets, strollers, or other cumbersome items will be permitted in this area. Tickets are limited to the first 60 people.

PREMIUM LAWN SECTION

Your $20 donation will allow you to sit in line with the center of the stage behind the Reserved table section. (Donation increases to $30 on July 19th)

Wristband "tickets" will grant you access to this premium seating area where you will sit in the lawn chair that you provide. Everyone sitting in this space is required to have a ticket. You will be allowed to bring coolers in to this area, but we ask that ticket holders in the lawn area use the space efficiently to allow the maximum number of guests to sit comfortably in the area. Tickets are limited to the first 60 people.

OVERFLOW - General Admission

Once all other premium reserved seating space has been exhausted, a $10 donation will allow you to sit outside of the Reserved Sections but within the "bowl" section between the sidewalks in front of the stage (indicated by the tan highlighted area in the park diagram above). We will be enforcing social distancing guidelines in this overflow section, and will limit the maximum spots available accordingly. Wristbands will be required for every person sitting in this Overflow seating area.

You will be allowed to bring coolers in to this area, but we ask those ticket holders in the overflow area use the space efficiently to allow the maximum number of guests to sit safely in this area.

SPONSOR A CAST MEMBER

Children who grow up involved in community arts, like those SPA offers, are more likely to return to their community as a place to raise a family. Even if they move away, they will more likely be involved in the arts in their new communities, making a better world in which to live. Why? Because they have been accepted by their community; they feel loved and want to share that love!

To help a cast member with their committment fee, click the button above to make a donation online. Please be sure to identify which cast member you are supporting.

By becoming a Patron for the arts, YOU help us Bring Art to Life!

Through your generous tax-deductible donation, you help to fulfill the dreams of Suwanee’s young artists; you inspire the children who watch transfixed from their front row seat; you help to bring the magic into each performance through costumes, sets, lighting and sound.
